I was lucky to enjoy a degustation menu at Oliva and I could not be happier. All dishes were outstandingly delicious and beautifully served. Galician classics served with a perfectly matching twist. From amazing octopus to mussels in a mild Thai Curry sauce to calamari baos to tuna in different styles accompanied by perfectly matching Godello wine. Highly recommended!

Great atmosphere in the old town and AMAZING staff and food!! Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. The day we went they had red tuna as special, delicious with ponzu sauce 👏 It is nice to see how they try to make an unique menu with not common ingredients like zamburiña negra, halloumi cheese and more that you better try.
