Nice establishment, but everytime we ordered a beer the waitress looked at me like I just kicked her dog. It felt like a burden to ask for a simple drink - if the customer service improved, the venue would be much better

Just amazing, absolutely loved it! There are a lot of beers to choose from, we had Cruzcampo and it was great. The object itself feels super authentic and the staff is incredibly nice. We even got complimentary snacks a couple of times throughout the night! Top spot in Madrid!

The same two pints of Guinness somehow went from €6.50 each to €7.10 within a couple of hours. There was no mention of a happy hour or any pricing change. It honestly felt like a complete scam. The waitresses also kept staring at you every time you made a move, which made the whole experience extremely awkward. There is language barrier so clearly resolving anything is impossible.
