Yesterday afternoon, April 8th, around 6:00 PM, we had a terrible experience with the waiter who served us. He displayed a complete lack of professionalism, hygiene, and ethics, and was rude to customers. We went to get coffee, and there was pigeon droppings on the table where we sat. I asked the waiter to please clean the table before bringing the coffee. He replied, "Okay, now you'll bring the coffee and not clean the table." We celebrated my daughter's 30th birthday; it was a surprise, so Juan gave me ideas and helped me with everything. He was always receptive to everything, the birthday food was fantastic, the drinks were reasonably priced, and the service from Juan and his entire team of waiters was outstanding! We sat for over an hour and no one came to serve us. For three months, people sat next to us and were served, but they didn't even look at me. It was good to rest my feet (the procession passed and we left without eating or drinking), but the service was absolutely terrible. On Monday, they told us they weren't serving tables, only at the bar. And then there were people at the tables next to us serving tables. That shows how little they care about working.
