The food is excellent and extremely fresh. The choice of different fish and seefood is great. All dishes (8) we tried were very tasty and the tempura was delicate, extremely thin and made with extra virgin olive oil. This place excellent for dinner or lunch, after work or after sunbathing. We changed or plans to visit Bodegita 1999, to stay all evening in this lovely place.

Great little hidden gem downtown Alicante. Although its right in the center surrounded by touristic restaurants this place stands out as a local place. Very small inside but that creates a great atmosphere. I love the fried seafood. I had almost all the items on the menu but my favorite it the fried octopus/pulpo. The staff is also very friendly and engaging.

This place is easy to miss. It is a really tiny resturant tucked away in a very touristy location. The food here was excellent there is a selection of seafood that was fresh unique to Alicante. The fries that we had were also excellent both the mojo and aioli with cane sugar topping were delicious. Service was excellent with the guy at the counter really friendly. Absolutely would recommend this place if not as a sit down place then for a pick up of some yum seafood as you continue exploring the city centre
