Restaurante Palmitas has a very nice view and the atmosphere could be enjoyable, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The tables are placed very close to each other, which makes the seating uncomfortable and lacks privacy. The service was below expectations, as the waiters did not seem very professional and the food took an extremely long time to arrive. However, one waiter named Kossay was very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, our visit to this café was disappointing. We had to wait quite a long time for our order. The service itself was polite and fine, but the food did not meet our expectations. I ordered a steak, and it was very tough, almost rubber-like, and overcooked — nearly black on the outside. The taste was not enjoyable. I hope the quality of the food improves in the future

Fried seafood mix was extremely bland and tasteless. Most likely frozen and not fresh, as there was a lot of water coming out as you bit down on it. Normally they serve lemon with this kind of food I had to ask for it separately and I got a slice of dried out lemon with barely any juice in it. I’m not even sure that the garlic sauce had any garlic in it. The toilet was a mess, water or who knows what almost up to the ankle.

The food was ok. We had mussels and pasta. Staff were not that friendly and keep ignoring us for ordering, paying or getting something, but it also could be because of language barrier. Inside was smelly and outside is obviously/ naturally full of people smoking. So it was not the best experience for us unfortunately.
