Relying on an old Lonely Planet book we wondered if this place was still going strong…and it is. Fabulous welcome and service from the lovely Italian manageress. Smallish selection of tapas but all were very good; the Croquetas in particular were top drawer. Good, small selection of wines. Perfect place for lunch in Arrecife.

Bar Andalucia 1960, if you can book! The owner kindly let us have a table, she brought drinks over quickly and explained the specials to which we got the Vitello Tonnato. It was delicious and definitely worth ordering if she has it again. They also had a special pasta dish her husband made which other diners where getting, it looked rather good! We also had meatballs, of course canary potatoes and a goats cheese dish all tasty. You could spend hours in there unfortunately we had to rush to the airport but would recommend :) thank you
