We love this restaurant! After looking for somewhere open during siesta time we stumbled across Bar La Viñuca, despite being closed too, the owner invited the four of us in and made us a beautiful meal with wine and complimentary bread and chorizo. Josè was so friendly and welcoming! We had an absolutely wonderful afternoon. Go here if you want to have a fun time and a huge portion of traditional Asturian food!

I wandered in when it was closed, but I didn't know because the door was open.....I was apologetic, but when the owner realised I was on the Camino (Peregrinos are easy to spot) and from Ireland, he made me sit down .... the kitchen was closed but he made me a lovely dinner with plenty of wine.... all this even though he was closed. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had on the Camino.....he was so friendly and kind. Unforgettable.

Great food, super friendly, run by two brothers. Really nice atmosphere and although I didn't speak the language I ordered a nice large piece of meat. The meal was delicious and the owner was sure everything was fine. He really put some effort in it and made you feel at home. Don't forget to bring cash because you can't pay by card.

The owner José was very, very welcoming to us. The kitchen normally opened up at 20.00, but since we are peregrinos we were there earlier and he invited us in. We got an appetizer from the house, very good rosé wine and a delicious meal that was a typical local dish. It is in the city centre and very cheap too. Great place!
