I recently visited this establishment for a Friday night dinner, hoping for a delightful experience. The service was commendable, with attentive staff ensuring a smooth evening. Hello, good afternoon: I'm a regular customer at Sans Serif, and I like the bar/restaurant, but there's one thing I really don't like. If you go for lunch around 3:30 in the afternoon, you ask for a meal for X number of people, and you sit down thinking you're in luck, and then, once the table is set, they tell you they're out of this and that, and it's the same with the main courses. You're left feeling so disappointed that you lose all desire to eat there again. Otherwise, the service is very good and the food is too, but it feels like they're selling you leftovers, it's just not worth it...
