On Friday the 13th, I went for lunch with my mother, and the experience was very good. We ordered the set menu and left more than satisfied. For starters, we ordered Castilian soup and cannelloni. The soup was nice and hot, flavorful, and comforting—perfect for a rainy day. The cannelloni were nicely browned, with a light and airy béchamel sauce, and very good. For our main courses, we had pork knuckle and Iberian pork shoulder. The pork knuckle was tender, juicy, and had a delicious sauce, accompanied by perfectly cooked potatoes.
