Three euros for an espresso is something I’m willing to spend — if the service, the cup, and the espresso itself are worth it. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. This morning I had to wait for my espresso because they had forgotten about it. When it finally arrived, it was cold — and so was the cup. There were three staff members working for just three customers, which made the experience even more disappointing in terms of organization.
