Sensa Coffee is a standout spot in Cádiz. The service was genuinely excellent — warm, attentive, and fast without ever feeling rushed. I tried their NITRO COFFEE, which is surprisingly rare to find here, and it was something special: cold‑brewed, poured over ice, and finished with a smooth dash of nitrogen that gave it a clean, velvety texture. Easily one of the best coffees I’ve had in Spain. A must‑visit for anyone who cares about quality coffee done properly.

Best place in Town for a real coffee experience. Get in and ask what they have in Espresso, batch brew or V60 and let them guide you in finding the best experience for you. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, leave your comfort-coffee-zone, go there, be curious, open and enjoy!

Best coffee we encountered in Cadiz. Lovely service from pleasant, happy staff. Vegetarian toast 6 euros is delicate and tasty, "iberica" with revuelto egg and Serrano ham roll 7 euro is good, and light, sweet chocolate croissants.

Good coffee, poor execution. Ethiopian light roast had bitterness due to excessive heat and over-extraction - what a crime. Coffee art requires more barista skill as well. Nice dishes from Epic though.
