We recently visited Chiwawa in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. The food is unbelievably good – full of flavour, fresh, and beautifully put together. What really stood out was the variety of vegetarian options available, which is often hard to find done this well. Every dish felt thoughtfully created rather than just an afterthought. I have visited this place before and have always been very satisfied, with excellent service and a great overall experience. However, during this particular evening the restaurant was partially closed, and there was no access to the toilets. This is very concerning, as it is quite remarkable that a restaurant can or is allowed to be open without providing customers access to basic personal hygiene facilities. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before visiting under such circumstances. Unfortunately, this experience results in a very low rating.

It was a good place to eat. Food was good, however had better in Las Palmas. But for some reason the restaurant we went to last year that was much better is no longer there. Atmosphere was OK. But on a busy main road, so a lot of traffic noise.
