Yet another fantastic burger place in Madrid, this one near Quevedo. On an extremely hot summer day in Madrid in August, while other places were closed for vacation or simply not a good option because of the high heat, Burnout Burger called my name. This burger place has a dining room below ground that stays cool on excessively hot days, and I was pleased to take advantage of that space. The service was attentive and friendly from the beginning. And it was speedy too. The basement dining area is charming, although small. Of course, the main attraction are the burgers. I ordered an IT burger

I am a wing lover and they have great wings! It is challenging to find spicy food in Madrid, their buffalo sauce was really good. Mild compare to US standards, but it did the job. The burgers looked amazing, I will be back to try more of their dishes. Their terrace is nice, must have dinner in order to sit and they have a lot of reservations, best to make yours ahead of showing up. Wings were on the smaller side, but the full order of ten plus some french fries with their burn out sauce was a lot of food for one.
