We just walked in to ask if they have any vegetarian food. One of the staff members assured they would give us veg food, so we decided to try. Sangria was amazing. One of the best. Gaspachoand batata brave were very flavoursome. But the real here was Fried aubergine with honey. It was out of this world. Never imagined aubergine this way... Blown away. Amazing chef and staff. Don't miss out.

We found this place last minute while looking for something to eat and drink right in the middle of siesta time. It’s a charming bar with a long-standing feel and a surprisingly varied menu. We tried the salmorejo, fried anchovies, and grilled squid, all were delicious. The staff doesn’t speak much English, but communication wasn’t an issue, and they do have an English menu available. A great find for an authentic bite!

We went twice. First time just for drinks on the street and it was very pleasant. Today unfortunately when we went back to eat we discovered they have a policy to only seat 2 people at 2-top tables which are badly placed squeezed against the bar. 5 4-top tables available so they rather hoped 20 people would arrive rather than seat the 2 that were there at the nice tables. Left without eating and when we passed after eating nearby ... still empty. Couples be aware.
