Our second experience at Baobab was delightful. We came for lunch and left excited and full of amazing food. We were very fortunate to have been visiting a vegetarian friend on our recent day trip to Zaragoza from Barcelona. She had been to Baobab before and was eager for us to share her experience. We were not disappointed. Without a reservation we were quite fortunate to get a table, as the restaurant filled up quickly. I was invited the first time by a work colleague, and normally or at least I have grown up nearly expecting that every meal would have some type of animal protein.
