An amazing little specialty coffee shop that truly respects great coffee. They regularly rotate their roasters, so there’s always a chance to discover new coffees from some of the finest artisans in Barcelona and across Europe. The owners are incredibly passionate and are always happy to explain the origin, processing, and characteristics of each coffee. I particularly appreciate that they don’t sell €9 coconut matcha tonics or cater to the globalized Instagram crowd that seems to have taken over so many other cafés in the neighborhood. Instead, the focus remains firmly on the coffee itself.
