L’Ube Kape is a cute and unique spot, but definitely on the smaller side when it comes to seating. Inside fills up quickly, so getting a table can be a bit of a challenge. There are a few seats outside, which are really nice, but only if the weather is good, otherwise it’s not the most comfortable option. That said, it’s absolutely worth stopping by for the desserts alone. The ube cake is the highlight, honestly huge, about the size of a hand, and perfect for sharing (or not). A Barcelona favorite. An unassuming little place where the morning sunlight shines in and brightens up an already amazing breakfast. The ube kape (ube coffee) is incredible, as is the ube cheesecake. I can also vouch for the açaí bowl. The fruit was so fresh and the presentation was beautiful.

I didn't try any of the pastries but they looked good. I went with the ube matcha which was pretty good. It's premade so you have to be ok with some dairy, but they were kind enough to make my matcha with oat milk. The ube matcha is pretty good it's just pretty sweet so be aware of that.
