I was craving some grilled meat...tantos restaurantes argentinos para elegir and we chose the wrong one. Friday night 9pm, one hour after opening, there was only one table taken inside. The 2 servers looked at us as "why are you here we don't want to work". One server handed us the menu and left not to ever return. Had to get up to get someone to take our order and a third young guy came over. He was ok, didn't say much but took our order well. The parrillada was pretty good though. Pampero exceeded all expectations. The provoleta was exceptional, fresh, bubbling, and served at the perfect temperature, straight from the kitchen. The solomillo was cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, and full of flavor. Both the salsa criolla and chimichurri were beautifully balanced, complementing the dishes perfectly. Service made suggestions for us, really good ones. An outstanding dining experience that I’ll definitely return to. Highly recommended!
