It looks as a lovely place for people wanting to have a cake n a coffee, however - staff is very rude, chaotic, unprofessional. Maybe it’s ok for Catalans, I’m not sure, but tbh - save yourself a bad experience and go somewhere else. It could be such a wonderful place for a lil coffee break, but staff simply destroys your experience. Unfortunately. I understand it’s not the problem of girls working there, but probably comes from the management. I wish you to improve company’s culture so you can have more happy, returning customers.

I am deeply disappointed by the service at this establishment. Following the staff's instructions, we waited patiently in line. However, we were treated with complete lack of respect. A man cut directly in front of us, and the staff served him without hesitation, completely ignoring our presence. Even more shocking, when an elderly lady (who had kindly asked if we were in line) joined behind us, the second staff member proceeded to serve her instead of us. Beautiful old patisserie with its own flair. Don't expect a Starbucks. Just visit when you are open to such places. You won't find the smiling cat from Alice in Wonderland here.
