We regularly visit Josés bar for it’s fantastic food (best breakfast in the area by far) but this was our first time eating in his restaurant and what a meal it was! The whole experience was exemplary from welcome drinks, to canopies in the kitchen with introductions to the chefs and then the meal itself, a 14 course tasting menu which was outstanding. The service was excellent, informative and discreet. The chef’s philosophy shines through with his amazing use of local produce especially the fish.
