A really cool burger joint we visited during our trip to Elche. Triple smash was great, gigantic, perfectly cooked, Mac n cheese bites were awesome topped with Bacon jam. My wife's burger although it should have been medium, came a bit raw, but still the quality of meet was very good. Fries were okay but overseasoned for our taste. To sum it up it is a place worth visiting, the staff was super nice and explained everything.

I showed up 5 minutes before opening for the lunch serving on a Friday and was the first one. 2 minutes after opening, the restaurant was full. The variety of the menu is amazing, with a lot of unusual options. I chose the Beauty Belly with a pretzel bun and sweet peanut mayo. Different indeed but delicious. Service was very friendly. I see several people complaining about smoke from the kitchen - I didn't notice and actually love the smell of smoke from burger patties getting caramelized on the grill. Overall very good experience. The burgers are quite big and the desserts are huge. I had the Lady Truffle, I was expecting more truffle flavor and less egg/cheese. The starters were very good; we had the mac n cheese croquetas which were amazing, and the alitas de pollo which were also very tasty. We order them everytime. Finally for dessert we had the snickers and the pistachio carrot cake. The snickers was erring on the heavy side, quite tasty but salty and you can’t have more than two bites so i’d propose it to share along 3+ people. The pistachio carrot cake was delicious!!
