Oh my god, what a nightmare. We arrived at 2:20 pm. It's almost four in the afternoon and my children still haven't received their second course. Since we arrived, there's only been one person who can't handle everything and kept ignoring us to take our order. It took an hour for the first course to arrive, at 3:25 pm, and it's already 4 pm for the second course. We're asking them to take our dessert order so we can get ahead, and they just leave, and here we are still waiting for a dessert menu. I can see myself leaving at six in the evening. Not once, but TWICE, we've had terrible service from VIPS. Both times we ordered delivery, they kept us waiting, and we had to go in person to complain about our food. Today we ordered at 3 PM, and at 4:40 PM we had to go back to pick up our order. Furthermore, the delivery driver (not from VIPS) waited for over an hour and told us that when we called the restaurant, they ignored our phone number. When we arrived, everyone was served, but according to them, our order wasn't even in the kitchen. However, five minutes later, for some reason, they had all four dishes ready. We left feeling like w
