JOSE MARIA ABELLA★The cleanliness and the staff's manners were appalling. The bar was full of dirty glasses, cups, plates, etc. The staff was incredibly rude. They didn't pay attention to your order; all they cared about was taking your money. If they made a mistake with your order, they always blame the customer and tell them off in a very rude manner, something they clearly don't understand there. A place to avoid. I've never had a bad experience with Toket Bay, by the way. Where's the tax office?
