Everything is cooked perfectly, with simple ingredients and flavors that are incredibly well preserved. The staff are very kind and welcoming, and the overall experience is fantastic. It’s probably the best restaurant I’ve been to in Gijón. My favorite dish was the pulpo a la gallega, absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. The restaurant is usually full, so I recommend making a reservation. If you want to try authentic Galician food, this place is a must.
