The tomato 🍅 salad is one of a kind, I want to know the secret of it, spectacular! Tartar was interesting, but not my favourite. Old very mature cow steak was awesome. Happy we visited, it’s a highlight of a day in Girona. As a local who has lived in Girona all my life, I have to say Sinofos is currently one of the best dining options in the city. I really recommend sitting at the bar – it’s a great experience, you see everything happening and the staff are proper attentive. The price is on the high side, I’m not going to lie, but it’s actually fair for what you get. Nothing over the top, just really well-executed food with solid technique. Honest, high-quality cooking. If you’re looking for something a bit special without the usual tourist trap nonsense, this is worth it.
