All the dishes provided an exceptional taste experience and the restaurant is rightly in the Michelin Guide. I would highlight Roast Pork Tonnato, Tartar Llamantol and roosterfish with cheese and mint. The tomato bread was also delicious. The crispy pork served on a salad leaf was the winner of the evening.
