The food was outstanding, from a foamy tomato soup amuse-bouche and hot, fresh bread to the parpatana tuna and carrillera, both perfectly executed. The tuna was rich and cooked to perfection, while the carrillera was melt-in-your-mouth tender. It was like eating the clouds. Our second ever visit to this restaurant and on both occasions the staff were fantastic. Something I will point out early on is that it was also the same staff, after a 10 month gap. In the catering industry staff move and change often, but it says a lot about a location if the staff stay for a long time. I had the sausage starter and steak for a main. I then shared the cheesecake for two and every meal was fantastic. I asked for a medium well steak (I'm not precious about how it comes), but that should give you a rough idea of what it gets you here. You won't be disappointed in this place,
