Fantastic restaurant on the main road in Guadalajara very popular with the locals so making a reservation is essential. The design is modern, airy and open, and the service very friendly and professional. The price / quality ratio is good and portion sizes are acceptable. I highly recommend the ensaladilla rusa and the calamari romana with green moho sauce. The calamari was slightly overcooked and tough, but very tasty. The perfect way to end your meal is with their cream passion fruit dessert.

The food is very good but the service and the male waiter (who is the leading waiter i think) was horrible. Some examples: - The restaurant was very cold when we entered; - The waiter was very pushy and did not make any effort to make us comfortable or take some time; - the plates did not come at the same time; - they give meat knives for fish dishes; And last but the worst we ordered 2 alcohol free beers… of which the waiter confirmed they were alcohol free…. This is not the first time that I have mentioned the greatest croquetas I have tried, but the rest of the meal wasn't as the way should be. I suggest to check the menu and at time of any recommendation just pay attention to the quality of the food.
