Ordered a box and deliver came completely wrong with different flavors that nobody liked. Called them and they did not know what to do with us, mentioned we should give back the wrong flavors (after we had already opened the box and touched the products!!!) and to get worst, they never send the correct flavors. Kept calling them and the lady said she would call me back in 5 min twice, after that never picked up my calls anymore. Worse service ever.

Nothing like other franchises. The names of the empanadas are sometimes so faint you can't even see them; cross your fingers and hope you get one right. You can see it in the photos. If you're an employee, you might know it by some rule, but you're just frustrated, to say the least. It's a shame they don't offer sauces, either for free or for a fee. In my opinion, they're overrated; other franchises are much better.
