I came here for a first time three weeks ago. The welcome was horrible, customers didn't get my request (normally in another BK they understand me in Spanish). This time, they perfectly understood that I wanted BIG KING XXL. We can charge our phone, toilets are good and it's not dirty.

the restaurant was large and there was a lot of seating area, as well as a playground for children (inside). you can refill your drink for free. the chicken wrap was not good. it fell apart in your hands because the wrap was so soggy, despite not being overly filled. I would not order it again. everything else was okay, as expected.

Very noisy, self order machine didn't give a receipt, had to go to the desk to get my ticket, food delivered rapidly but the bread was limp, the fries were leathery and cold. If you think you might want to use the bathrooms after your meal be sure not to throw the ticket away, I did and therefore had no code to enter the bathrooms, crazy system, overall not a great experience, Burger King has definitely gone downhill
