Great surprise! Superb food, it is a restaurant to visit. It’s a fusion food but true to it’s roots, the quality is really nice. The people there were dressed super casual, so don’t be shy. The service is good. We had the Burrata and the dorado timbal. Then the lamb shoulder and then the veal tenderloin and to finish, the cremoso romero. My favorites were the dorado and the lamb! I should say we were 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) we had two entrees and two appetizers, good size to share! Another thing I noticed was that the customers were enjoying and savoring every plate. De nada!

Outstanding restaurant! Great service, great local wine (small list but we’ll thought out), and one of the most delicious meals we’ve had in Spain. Very sad to only spend one night in Huesca, as we would have come back here without a doubt!
