The place is one of my favorites in the city. The atmosphere is really nice and Bjorn, Kiya, and Victor all do a great job of making the guests feel welcome and well taken care of. You can sit at the bar and watch the chefs at work which makes for a very immersive experience. The dining experience from that position is really unique. The wines are very good and affordable. I have tried a few and have been happy with them all. The food is on another level. Very fun combinations of flavors and styles of cuisine. Everything I have tried has never failed to impress. Had an incredible experience at Bar Noe. Chef Björn and Kiya were both fantastic and made the night feel special. The octopus was honestly some of the best I had in Barcelona, perfectly cooked. Every course was outstanding—from the amuse-bouche to the dessert, and everything in between. The flavors, presentation, and overall experience were truly top notch.
