We came here for authentic Hunan cuisine and were not disappointed! The flavors are bold, spicy, and full of that signature Hunan kick. The two of us ordered 腊肉蒜苗 (stir-fried cured pork with garlic shoots), 干锅花菜 (dry pot cauliflower), and 小炒黄牛肉 (spicy stir-fried beef) — all delicious, but the 腊肉蒜苗 was hands-down the best dish of the night.
