We only went in for drinks at the bar but this place was absolutely adorable. The vibe was perfect and by the time we left there was a line out the door. Definitely make reservations! We tasted two very different vermouths and they were both spectacular. My husband had the pork belly tapas and said it was very good, as well.

This was our last meal in Spain before going back to the States the next day. And it may have been our favorite. The food was good, the service very good, and the atmosphere was excellent. We ended up making some Spanish friends while here, which may not be entirely objective but we loved being here and will remember this meal fondly. The food was really good and there were a decent number of options to choose from. I'd love to go back and try some of the other things one day. My wife could easily convince me to hop on a plane to Madrid just to spend 3 days here, including a meal here. Just

We recently visited Revoltosa Prado again, and it has officially become a must-stop on our trips to Madrid. This is our second visit in a row, and it’s clear why we keep coming back — the atmosphere is lively and inviting, the staff is friendly, and the food and drinks are consistently excellent. The burger is absolutely amazing — juicy, flavorful, and easily one of the best you’ll find in the city. But the cocktails deserve just as much praise.
