This is one of my favourite bars in Madrid. Great music, great atmosphere and great cocktails, it’s the perfect place to go dancing. I’ve spent two of my birthdays here, an anniversary and a New Year. It’s my go to bar if I want to be guaranteed a fun night. A few of my other usual bars unfortunately did not survive the pandemic and have closed down for good. Im so happy Sunset 80’s isn’t one of them! 😃

Small, but a great bar with great vibes! The main bartender girl is fantastic. No cover, good pours and prices. They show the music videos for the 70s and 80s American and Spanish music. I especially recommend their gin tonic or caipirinha (unless it's the new bartender, she is still learning how to do cocktails). Sunset, please put soap and towels in the bathroom and a real flush button on the toilet!

Dont get the idea of having young bartenders at an 80’s theme bar,knowing that the crowd you are catering to is 40+.. the young bartenders look miserable, the service is terrible, and worst of all, making 40 year olds making line, weaving their way through people just to order a drink, is just not good business.. the concept is awesome, music is great, but you leaving money on the table cause us 40 year old not gonna be making line for a drink.. bring it to us.. we have the money.. be a smarter owner..

Amazing, great place with old music in downtown Madrid. Hehe they accept requests sometimes and play vintage musical videos. And I have a platonical crush on one bartender so that helps :p
