As others say. It's fine for just coffee and the basics. If you venture into the donuts or cakes expect to receive the least fresh stuff you can think of. I ordered a donut and it was as dry as dry can be, then got it changed for another one and it was cold and also a bit dry. Same as with specialty drinks, I don't know why but they are not up to standard. Service is ok but I asked for a Chai Latte to drink in the same place but the barista gave me a disposable cup.
