There was a lot of hype around this restaurant and the daily menu price was quite a bit higher than we had seen in other parts of the Camino, but we decided to give it a try. The restaurant completely lives up to the hype. I went with a first plate of a seafood potato soup - eels and potatoes - very nice but very filling. For my second plate, I went with the veal shank - it was enough for a family of four but I ate it all. I finished it off with some ice cream and the food coma commenced. This ended my tourism for the day but it was highly worth it. I think you find it to be the same.

I have being coming to the Ezequiel bar/restaurant for last 10 years as there is always a nice atmosphere there. However, when it is busy it is hard to get served as you have to shout (over people standing at the bar) to the waiters to be heard . Otherwise the tapas ( especially the cecina and jamon ) are really nice and they have a good selection of Ribera and Bierzo vino tintos and blancos and have Mahou on tap. Despite this this is a regular bar to go to meet people and enjoy the vinos/cervezas.

Just had the best steak ever! So tender it melted like butter in the mouth. Partners pork dish was also just as good. Great service and a lively atmosphere! Absolutely recommend!
