We took a chance on Sibaris on a hot June day and my god, it’s wonderful. Really unusual selection of sharing plates from gyoza to homemade bao buns. All exquisite and there was so much more on the menu I wish we had a chance to try. And clearly the owners were very proud of their food. We were full but thought we’d risk the dessert and it was just wonderful. We’ve been lucky enough to get to Michelin starred restaurants all over the world but my wife and daughter thought it was the greatest dessert they ever had! Brilliant restaurant!

Tried the daily menu from Mon to Thurs and we liked it. They are trying and delivering traditional dishes with nice innovations that keep the essence and add some more tastes and contrasts. You can go to any other 19 eur menu restaurant and get the typical dishes or try Sibaris and get something else. Also service was nice and efficient.
