There are dozens of tapas bars on Calle Breton de los Herrera’s in Logrono. This one is fantastic. I had great service. They speak English. Great selection of Tempranillo by the glass. Tasty tapas. It’s crowed but well worth the hassle. If you only have tapas in one bar, make it here.
