I'm a regular customer at this café, and unfortunately, my recent experience has been very disappointing. On several occasions, I've noticed that the cups and plates weren't properly cleaned, a basic requirement that should be much more carefully considered. Furthermore, the customer service has left much to be desired: the staff has been unfriendly and unprofessional. To top it all off, today they wouldn't even serve me toast, which I find incomprehensible in a place like this. I hope they take these criticisms seriously and improve both the hygiene and the service, because it's a shame that

The place is very well located, close to the university and the music conservatory. It has a terrace behind where there is almost always room, it is a normal cafeteria atmosphere. The waitresses are very nice but it is true that we ordered from the menu and they simply told us that there was the typical bakery and pastry.

The worst bar I've ever been to. Everything was filthy, it was disgusting to drink there. The glasses and plates were covered in grease, not to mention the state of the floor and the waitresses' uniforms. I don't recommend it.

Terrible experience, don't come here. The dishes were dirty, and no one greeted us upon entering, even though we greeted the staff politely and with a smile. The waitress threw our plates on the table roughly and served us very reluctantly.
