Had an absolutely brilliant night at Inclan Brutal Bar in Madrid. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was incredible – the stunning rose-covered ceiling, vibrant décor, fantastic music, and unique cocktails created an unforgettable experience. Great vibe!!! Found this place on Google after arriving at our Airbnb, and it was only about a 3-minute walk away — perfect after a long day when we were ready for drinks and food. It is a great feeling when a restaurant that blows up on social media actually had some substance behind it. At the Inclan Brutal Bar, they back up all the crazy, flashy picture of a blizzard interior with a wonderful fusion of Spanish and Korean cooking. Lots going on here but the essential point is that the food is excellent. Lots of bold designs and kitschy ideas don’t tend to result in a a great meal but it did here. 55€ tasting menu represents very good value but I’d skip the free cocktail and order one instead. Pork buns excellent. Duck rice delicious. Burrata lovely.
