Cannot recommend this place enough—it is the true pinnacle of Spanish cuisine, vibes, and culture. Came on a Saturday night, and the restaurant was packed so we opted for outside seating. Patatas Bravas was excellent - crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. Love the mix of aioli and spicy sauce. The tortilla was excellent and paired well with the pan con tomate. We knew the spot We discovered this place by pure coincidence—the amazing smell of the food caught our attention as we were walking down the street, and we’re so glad it did! The paella is absolutely delicious, full of rich flavors and perfectly balanced spices. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. This establishment was recommended by a Madrid Freind, and now I recommended too, it was my 1st time in Madrid and they had mix grill board and mix charcuterie board, got on of each, and enabled me to have an overview of authentic Spanish food, this would easily fit 3 personnes for only 20€ each. Simple delicious, courteous and caringwaites, I would definitely go back.
