Part 1: Do not be fooled by “chicharrones” on the menu. These are not the fried pork skins you know. These, especiales tipo cádiz, are thinly sliced pork loin accompanied by pepper and lemon, which you wrap around your picos camperos. Unique. Thank Adrian for this experience if you are lucky enough to meet him. Great fun! Part 2: el Gallo Ronco also offers flamenco in an intimate space next door.
