Opposite the market gives hope that it caters for residents rather than tourists. Guy at the door spoke minimal english so that sealed it for me - I was travelling solo and wanted more traditional food. Highly recommended. Quick, informal, very tasty, reasonable price and felt like I was in a local - just could only watch and not join in conversations. Perfect genuine Southern Spain experience. Respect it and don't try to change it!
