I had an amazing dining experience at El Capricho in Mijas! The black paella was absolutely delicious—with perfectly balanced spices and an excellent wine selection that elevated every bite. Small and unique restaurant tucked away with a small door from the street leading up to the restaurant. When you arrive the waiters are pleasant and happy to speak to you in either Spanish or English. There was a mix of both Spanish and English eating on the Terrence overlooking the main plaza; always a good sign. We were presented with two set menus to choose from. One menu was €12 euro and the other €20 euro for three courses. We opted for the slightly more expensive one and had Pil Pil and mussels in spicy tomato sauce.
