We placed an order for two medium pizzas for pickup, and when we got home, one of them wasn't what we ordered. I immediately called the restaurant, and after being put on hold for 10 minutes, I had to call from another line to ask them not to put me on hold because I had a problem with the order. They put me on hold again until Keyla, who said she was the manager, answered. She told me it wasn't her fault because the pizza wasn't in the oven, and that I should wait approximately 30 minutes for them to pick up the pizza and bring me the other one. The service was terrible.
