The price was too high. Despite having two good vegan burgers (well-made, original, and very tasty, although the bun looked like McDonald's and the "meat" was very thin), they seemed tiny to us, and at €13/€14 (without fries or a drink, which are an extra €4!), we felt it was too expensive to leave hungry. The place is very cool, and the service was good and fast. Edit after the reply: We paid €12.90 + €4 (fries + drink) = €16.90. Fries alone cost €3.90. If there was a set menu (which we didn't see), they didn't tell us. Thanks!

It's a real disgrace that for celiacs, the only option is to eat just the burger, without a meal, because the fries contain gluten! And even more shameful is that they charge €1.70 more for the gluten-free burger than the regular one with gluten (I'm talking about Vicio Original). You can't/shouldn't discriminate against a celiac person like that. Use some common sense and find ways to offer the same menu as everyone else.

I don't know the place, but so far the food seems good for the price. However, today was a disaster, one for the record books. After waiting 3 HOURS for my order, I had to cancel it. I suppose it's not the restaurant's fault, but I have to say it. After several attempts to contact them via chat, there was no way I could get food. Forced intermittent fasting 😭😭 Ahhh!!!! And when I asked, THEY DIDN'T BRING IT TO ME.

We used to order from Vicio for delivery because we really liked them, especially for their vegan option and how big the burgers WERE. Today I placed a €30 order for two burgers and some fries… when they arrived, the chicken in one of the burgers was a mush and the burgers were TINY, MINUSCULOSKELETAL, and there was literally just a single lettuce leaf. They've changed the size but not the prices… this should be warned! WE WERE LEFT STARVING, WE WON'T BE ORDERING AGAIN. Photos attached…
