Restaurante Salzillo was one of our favourite meals in Murcia. The menu celebrates local cuisine without overcomplicating it, and every dish we ordered felt carefully prepared and full of flavour. We started with the Murcian salad, salted tuna belly and tomato, followed by artichokes, monkfish ravioli, red tuna tataki, meatballs, stuffed piquillo peppers, sea bream and the truffled egg.
