Best paella in Spain! We’ve been to 8+ restaurants across Barcelona and Mallorca, and this is the best, most authentic paella we’ve tried. It’s incredibly rich and flavourful, with a natural saltiness from the seafood rather than an overly salty taste. The rice is crispy on the bottom and soft on top. The service is also 10/10 we could not recommend this place enough!! Just amazing. Love, love, love!
