I'm so glad it was open on a Saturday, or Sunday we were there in Pontevedra, when we arrived at 3, 4pm all the restaurants were shut , siesta as well. It opened at 8, we arrived just as soon as it opened. Was already very busy. It was a dream, more than an Asian Pilgrim (after 1 week straight of dimple meals , sandwiches mainly )can ask for , flavoured Asian hot ramen. And soup flavour was spot on, probably better than some I've had in asia, ingredients were right . The ramen noodle was not al dente, not the right type ..But can get by in an European town not counted as a major city. Res

Carlos was an amazing and attentive host. The spicy ramen was amazing the dumplings were moist full of flavour and meat the poke bowl was fresh and delightful all good portions and refreshing. Carlos made us feel at home 10 out of 10!
